Deliveries

After placing an order, delivery times can vary between 5 and 6 working days, except in special circumstances.

If the item needs to be custom-made, we estimate a lead time of 6-8 weeks. Each creation is unique and handcrafted, so the lead time may vary slightly.

Maurizio Bruno reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain hard-to-reach areas and to modify its delivery rates without prior notice.

Returns

If you wish to exchange or return your Maurizio Bruno jewelry, please send an email to paola.brunopro@outlook.fr stating your order number.

You have 14 working days after receiving your purchase to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your jewelry.

Any custom-made creation can be exchanged but not refunded.

Please include all original items in your return package, including the invoice, packaging, accessories, and creation(s). Our secure carrier will come to your home to collect it.

Once your return package has been received, a return confirmation email will be sent to you after confirming the eligibility of the return or exchange.

Maurizio Bruno reserves the right to refuse any return in the event of damage or other signs of use.

Free Delivery

We appreciate your loyalty. That’s why we offer free delivery for all orders equal to or greater than €250.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery in real time. This way, you will always be informed of the location of your package and the estimated delivery date.

Care Tips

Caring for your jewelry will help preserve its beauty over time. We will share some simple tips to help you care for your items. Our team is also available to answer your questions and provide personalized advice.

All our jewelry is designed to accompany you in your daily life if worn and handled with care.

It is important to avoid contact between perfume or creams and your jewelry to preserve its color and natural luster. Avoid prolonged contact with water (except for gold and diamond pieces). Finally, we advise you to remove your jewelry during activities where it could be subjected to impact.

To preserve the shine of your jewelry, we recommend cleaning it with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft brush. You can also clean it with a polishing cloth.

Cleaning and Polishing

If you wish to restore the shine to your jewelry, we offer the possibility of having it cleaned and polished in our Italian workshops.

This service takes approximately 15 working days.

Resizing

We offer the possibility, where feasible, to adjust the size of your jewelry (rings, bracelets, and chains).

Resizing your jewelry in our Italian workshop takes approximately 15 working days.

This service is offered free of charge when you purchase your jewelry. Do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to resize your jewelry later and to inquire about the feasibility of resizing.

Engraving

When purchasing your jewelry, we offer you the possibility to personalize your creation with an engraving, a personal message. Depending on your desires, this could be a word, a date, initials… we are here to guide you in your choices.

This service adds an approximate delay of 6 days to the delivery of your jewelry.

Storing your jewelry

It is preferable to store your jewelry in its original case so that it does not collide with other jewelry.

When you travel, the Maurizio Bruno travel pouch will protect it from transportation shocks.
